QHT Clinic in Hyderabad invites applications for a Hair Transplant Surgeon. The role covers end-to-end patient care from consult through procedure and post‑op follow‑up, with emphasis on safety, ethics and patient satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will perform FUE and FUT, design hairlines, manage regenerative therapies, document outcomes, and collaborate with anaesthesia and nursing teams in a high‑volume clinical setting.

Qualifications

• MBBS with postgraduate plastic surgery qualifications.
• Registration with State Medical Council / NMC is required.
• Experience with hair restoration techniques is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform FUE and FUT hair restoration surgeries from planning to post-op care.
• Design hairlines and graft placement using assessments.
• Administer PRP and manage intra-operative graft handling.
• Maintain surgical records, photodocumentation, and outcomes tracking.
• Lead patient consultations, obtain consent, set expectations, provide perioperative instructions.
• Collaborate with anaesthesia, nursing, and clinical teams to ensure safety and documentation.

Primary Title: Hair Transplant Surgeon

QHT Clinic is seeking a skilled and patient‑centric Plastic Surgeon with expertise in hair transplant procedures to deliver high‑quality aesthetic outcomes. The role involves end‑to‑end patient care, from consultation to procedure execution and post‑treatment follow‑up, ensuring safety, ethics, and patient satisfaction.

Role & Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive hair restoration surgeries including FUE and FUT, from pre‑op planning to operative execution and immediate post‑op care.
• Design individualized hairline and graft placement plans using trichoscopic assessment and evidence‑based aesthetic principles.
• Administer adjunctive regenerative therapies such as PRP and oversee intra‑operative graft handling and micrografting techniques to maximise survival rates.
• Maintain accurate surgical records, photodocumentation, and outcome tracking; review case outcomes to optimise protocols and reduce complication rates.
• Lead patient consultations—assessing candidacy, obtaining informed consent, setting realistic expectations, and managing perioperative instructions and follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with anaesthesia, nursing, and clinical teams to ensure compliance with sterilisation, safety protocols, and medico‑legal documentation standards.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with advanced graft preservation and implantation tools
• Hands‑on experience in eyebrow, beard, or facial hair restoration techniques
