Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a "Hands On" Plant Superintendent located in Palghar. The selected candidate will have to possess a thorough "hands on" working knowledge of Electric Motor & Generator Construction, Windings, and operational features. To oversee day-to-day production planning, quality control, and manage overall production and manufacturing operations. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations and maintaining standards.

Qualifications

• A thorough working knowledge of Electric Motor, Generator & Transformer Windings, Designs and constructional features
• Experience in Electric Motor, Generator Production & Trouble shooting.
• Skills in Quality Control and ensuring compliance with standards
• Proficiency in Operations and overseeing manufacturing processes
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Palghar
• Bachelor's Degree/ or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
