Job summary

Groway Corporates LLP is seeking a site operations supervisor for our Gujarat site. You will plan daily work and allocate tasks to operators and support staff, ensuring smooth production and timely execution of routine activities.

You will monitor equipment readings, quality, and completion of tasks, and coordinate with maintenance and technical teams when issues arise. You will maintain operating logs and ensure clean shift handovers with strict safety practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Science, or relevant operations experience.
• Experience coordinating operators or supervising an operating site.
• Good record keeping, team communication and practical problem-solving skills.
