Job summary

The role requires leadership, Lean manufacturing expertise (5S, Kaizen), and strong ERP/MRP skills to optimize inventory flow, coordinate with logistics and production, and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced production environment.
• Proficient in Lean principles (5S, Kaizen) to improve processes.
• Strong in inventory control and ERP/MRP usage.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience; 10+ years preferred.

Responsibilities
