Role & responsibilities

• As a Plant Manager/ Head candidate will be working for reputed Pharmaceuticals near Boisar / Palghar including Production, Engineering, stores, warehouse Security both Technical & HR, Commercials Admin etc.
• Candidate will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations for multiple dosage forms, including solid, semi-solid, and liquid formulations, while ensuring product quality, process efficiency, and regulatory compliances.
• Candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling production activities across manufacturing facilities to achieve production targets while maximizing yield and minimizing production losses.
• Candidate will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of new products, cost-effective manufacturing methods, and quality enhancement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and product competitiveness.
• Candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the site business strategy to provide clear direction, align plant operations with organizational objectives, and drive business growth and good in Management / employee relation.
• Candidate will be responsible for building and sustaining a plant-wide culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation, operational excellence, and process optimization across all functions.
• Candidate will be responsible for effective man management & contract labour management & maintain good industrial relation for smooth operation of plant.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate should be Masters degree around 15+ years of experience in Pharma Manufacturing handling production, QA/QC/Stores /contract employees/Security both Technical & HR, Commercials Admin and managing workforce.
• Candidate should have good knowledge of overseeing manufacturing operations for multiple dosage forms, including solid, semi-solid, and liquid formulations, while ensuring product quality, process efficiency, and regulatory compliances.
• Candidate should have good knowledge of ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and quality standards, including CDSCO, State FDA, ISO, WHO-GMP, cGMP, ANVISA, and other relevant national and international regulatory authorities.
• Candidate should have good knowledge of leading and supporting regulatory, customer, and export audits, ensuring successful compliance with applicable quality and regulatory standards for domestic and Rest of World (ROW) markets.
• Candidate should have good knowledge of overseeing and managing the complete production function in the absence of the Production Manager to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
• Candidate should be good in effective management, employee relations & improving productivity & effective at plant level.
