Kumar Organic Products requires an experienced Plant Head to oversee all plant functions including Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering at our site in Hassan, Karnataka. The role demands strong P&L ownership, cost optimization, and CAPEX planning, with a strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years in chemical manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a Unit Head role; male candidates only as per the profile.

Competenze

• B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (Mandatory).
• MBA or M.Tech is a plus.
• Experience: 12–15 years in Chemical/Specialty Chemical manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a Unit Head/Site Head/Plant Head role.
• Only Male Candidate.
