Job summary

Motor Corporation is seeking a Plant Head to lead operations in its manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will oversee sheet metal fabrication, ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards, and drive production efficiency.

The role requires 2-8 years of experience, ITI education, and a background from OEM environments. This is a full-time, on-site position in India with two openings and flexible working hours plus incentives.

• Lead plant operations and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication with heat treatment and fabrication.
