Job summary

CNH is seeking an experienced Scheduling and Planning professional to own the casting commodity's scheduling, risk analysis, and coordination with Purchasing to enhance capacity and supply continuity. You will work across internal teams and suppliers to identify gaps in CSCN schedules and close them.

Essential qualifications include 12-14 years in manufacturing scheduling and a Mechanical Diploma or BE/B.Tech.

Qualifications

• 12–14 years of relevant experience in scheduling and planning within manufacturing.
• Experience with MRP scheduling and capacity planning.
• Strong coordination with purchasing, suppliers, and internal functions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze MRP schedules to identify gaps and risks.
• Identify line stoppages risk based on lead time and part readiness; coordinate for smooth supplies.
• Verify ASN in CSCN and address gaps with supplier or adjust ASN data.
• Coordinate with Warehouse on unloading and propose packaging improvements.
• Identify capacity gaps with suppliers and CNH peak requirements; engage Purchasing.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams for timely supplier deliveries of Forging, Gears and Shafts.
• Lead the Forging team and conduct regular reviews to ensure smooth supplies and timely risk escalation.

Job Purpose

• Responsible for Scheduling. Planning and Coordination for the complete casting commodity. Risk analysis, coordination with Purchasing commodity for capacity enhancement, analyzing schedules, identify gaps WRT to CSCN, close gaps by coordination with internal functions / suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing MRP schedules, identify gaps and highlight Risks if any.
• Identify Line Stoppages risk based upon lead time, part readiness and coordinate with supplier / internal function for smooth supplies.
• Verify ASN in CSCN, Identify the gaps if any and give feedback to supplier or amend ASN data in system with coordination with Business process team.
• Coordination with Warehouse team on unloading of material and identify packaging improvement if any for feedback to supplier.
• Identify Gaps with respect to suppliers’ capacities and CNH peak requirements and accordingly take up with Purchasing.

To Coordinate and Follow-ups with internal & external teams to have smooth supplies from Suppliers of Forging, Gears and Shafts commodity. Leading the Forging team and have regular reviews to ensure smooth supplies and escalating the risks, if any, timely.
