Job summary

HireLink seeks a Plant Finance Manager for its pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in Tamil Nadu. You will own plant finance, costing, inventory, and commercial controls, partnering with the Plant Head and Operations to improve cost, profitability, working capital, and process controls.

The role requires 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing finance, CA/CA Inter/CMA/MBA Finance preferred, and hands-on SAP ECC (FI/CO) experience with ERP migrations to Epicor.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in plant/manufacturing finance and costing
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC (FI/CO) and inventory controls
• Experience with ERP migrations and process automation is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage plant finance, accounting, month-end closing, and reporting.
• Drive product/job costing, BOM, routing, variance analysis, and cost control.
• Monitor material movement, consumption, inventory, and stores controls.
• Manage third-party job-work and subcontracting controls.
• Oversee invoicing, dispatch reconciliation, and commercial controls.
• Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, audit, and compliance.
• Support SAP ECC to Epicor ERP migration and process automation.

Role Summary

Manage plant finance, costing, inventory, commercial controls, and financial operations, while partnering with the Plant Head and Operations team to improve cost, profitability, working capital, and process controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage plant finance, accounting, month-end closing, and reporting.
• Drive product/job costing, BOM, routing, variance analysis, and cost control.
• Monitor material movement, consumption, inventory, and stores controls.
• Manage third-party job-work and subcontracting controls.
• Oversee invoicing, dispatch reconciliation, and commercial controls.
• Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, audit, and compliance.
• Support SAP ECC to Epicor ERP migration and process automation.
• Act as Finance Business Partner to the Plant Head and Operations team.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Plant/Manufacturing Finance and Cost Accounting.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP ECC (FI/CO); SAP MM/PP knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, WIP, costing, job work, and material controls.
• Advanced MS Excel and ERP skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and process improvement skills.
• Hands-on approach with strong ownership and cross-functional coordination.
