Job summary

Xoriant is seeking a Planning SME (o9) in Bengaluru to lead Demand and Supply Planning initiatives. You will drive end-to-end planning transformations and contribute to platform deployments. The role requires 7–15 years of experience in planning, with hands-on delivery of at least two full-lifecycle implementations on platforms like SAP IBP, o9, Blue Yonder or Kinaxis.

Job Description:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Supply Chain Planning Professional (7-15 years' experience) with deep expertise in Demand and Supply Planning processes and a proven track record in platform deployments. You will drive business transformation, bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, and lead the delivery of modern planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Leadership: Articulate and optimize end-to-end Demand and Supply Planning processes, establishing key business activities, decision points, inputs, and outputs to drive measurable outcomes.
• Implementation Delivery: Execute and deliver at least two Demand Planning implementations using modern platforms (such as SAP IBP, o9 Solutions, Blue Yonder, or Kinaxis).
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Operate either as a Deployment/Product Lead (owning solution delivery and stakeholder management) or a Senior Business/Product Analyst (partnering across Business, Data Science, and IT teams to define and validate requirements).
• Functional Design: Translate complex business problems into clear functional requirements, process designs, business rules, data requirements, and success criteria.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 7 to 10 years of professional experience in supply chain planning and solution deployment.
• Deployment Track Record: Minimum of two full-lifecycle Demand and Supply Planning platform implementations.
• Execute and deliver at least two Demand Planning implementations using modern platforms (such as SAP IBP, o9 Solutions, Blue Yonder, or Kinaxis).
• Documentation & Presentation: Ability to independently author functional specifications. Candidates will be expected to present a self-authored functional specification or solution design during the interview process, detailing the business challenge, approach, key decisions, and outcomes.
