Job summary

HR Central in Bengaluru seeks a Supply Chain Planning Professional with 5–10 years of experience in demand and supply planning and platform deployments. You will drive business transformation, bridge strategy and execution, and lead the delivery of modern planning solutions.

Candidates will implement two full lifecycle planning deployments using SAP IBP, o9, Blue Yonder, or Kinaxis, and may serve as Deployment/Product Lead or Senior Analyst, translating business needs into actionable designs.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in supply chain planning and solution deployment.
• Minimum of two full-lifecycle Demand and Supply Planning platform implementations.
• Ability to independently author functional specifications and present during interview.

Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Overview

We are seeking a Supply Chain Planning Professional (715 years' experience)with deep expertise in Demand and Supply Planning processes and a proven track record in platform deployments. You will drive business transformation, bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, and lead the delivery of modern planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Leadership: Articulate and optimize end-to-end Demand and Supply Planning processes, establishing key business activities, decision points, inputs, and outputs to drive measurable outcomes.

• Implementation Delivery: Execute and deliver at least two Demand Planning implementations using modern platforms (such as SAP IBP, o9 Solutions, Blue Yonder, or Kinaxis).

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Operate either as a Deployment/Product Lead(owning solution delivery and stakeholder management) or a Senior Business/Product Analyst(partnering across Business, Data Science, and IT teams to define and validate requirements).

• Functional Design: Translate complex business problems into clear functional requirements, process designs, business rules, data requirements, and success criteria.

Required Qualifications

• Experience:5 to 10 years of professional experience in supply chain planning and solution deployment.

• Deployment Track Record:Minimum of two full-lifecycle Demand and Supply Planning platform implementations.

• Documentation & Presentation:Ability to independently author functional specifications. Candidates will be expected to present a self-authored functional specification or solution design during the interview process, detailing the business challenge, approach, key decisions, and outcomes.
