Onsite presence is required five days a week.

We are looking for Planning Manager to drive cross functional projects for Amazon Now Real Estate team.

We are looking for Planning Manager to drive cross functional projects for Amazon Now Real Estate team. The incumbent is expected to interact directly with Amazon internal stakeholders to deliver on operational goals, drive process improvements and deliver business value. The person will be expected to be skilled in understanding customer needs, setting and managing expectations, building customer confidence through effective communication, reliable delivery, robust processes, and sound reporting metrics. The person will work with cross skilled team of associates (technical & non-technical), business analysts, program and product managers to carry out business critical processes.

Key job responsibilities

• Drive cross functional programs/ projects to deliver business value for the team
• Work with internal teams to improve processes and reporting dashboards
• Engage stakeholders demonstrating business acumen and skills in driving change by developing business proposals and driving implementation of recommendations through effective written and oral communication.
• For this position, the candidate is expected to come to office on all 5 working days of the week

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in MS Access and SQL
• Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
• Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams
