Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.**Role Purpose**The Planning Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with contractual and strategic objectives.**Key Responsibilities*** Develop and manage integrated project schedules using approved planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).* Establish planning standards, work breakdown structures (WBS), and scheduling methodologies.* Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to gather progress data and validate schedules.* Monitor project progress, identify schedule risks, delays, and critical path impacts.* Prepare schedule analyses, look-ahead programs, and recovery plans as required.* Review contractors’ baseline schedules, updates, and claims related to time.* Prepare and present planning reports, dashboards, and progress summaries for management and clients.* Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and internal planning procedures.* Support project forecasting, milestones tracking, and scenario analysis.**Qualifications & Experience*** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.* 8–12 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.* Strong proficiency in planning software (Primavera P6 preferred).* Solid understanding of project controls, critical path method (CPM), and delay analysis.* Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.**Competencies*** Strategic planning and analytical thinking* Leadership and team coordination* Risk identification and problem-solving* Attention to detail and accuracy**Location:**On-site –Bengaluru, KA**Scheduled Weekly Hours:**48If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
