• Project Planning & Scheduling in MSP (Microsoft project) on monthly basis.
• Planning of material procurement for projects.
• Cash flow charts preparation & tracking
• Tender document study & follow up for correspondence with Department.
• Review meeting in coordination with Project Office & site every month & follow up for achievement of target.
• Revision in planning & find out bottle necks in the progress of project execution.
• Preparation of Budget & follow-up for achievement
• Bill tracking for cash flow.
• Arranging Bought out material of project in coordination with Purchase Department.
• Sub-contractors' management with PQ
• Tracking project progress and preparing project reports i.e. DPR, MPR, procurement reports & meeting reports.
• Coordinating with execution team for monitoring project progress.
