Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Hyderabad, TS, is seeking a Planning & Controls Associate Lead for Data Center Construction. You will develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project and monitor progress against milestones.

You will coordinate with construction teams and stakeholders to identify risks, manage resources, and ensure timely deliverables, while applying best practices in planning and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, tracking critical path activities and milestones for data center construction delivery.
• Monitor project progress, analyze schedule variances, and provide regular reports on performance metrics, earned value analysis, and forecasting to project leadership.
• Coordinate with construction teams, contractors, and stakeholders to identify schedule risks, develop recovery plans, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Conduct resource planning, cost control analysis, and change management while maintaining project documentation and implementing best practices in planning methodologies.
