• Salary: Max 90K (Based on Experience)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in engineering and CS student placement

Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, companies, and organizations for recruitment partnerships.
• Identify and onboard new companies for internships and placements via networking, events, and outreach.
• Assist students in preparing for placements through workshops on resume writing, interview skills, and professional etiquette.
• Organize campus placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events in collaboration with companies.
• Coordinate with employers for interviews, tests, and other recruitment activities.
• Implement skill development programs, including soft skills, aptitude, and technical skills.
