Job summary

Accuratebackground in India is seeking a Training & Placement Manager to oversee end-to-end placement activities for B.Tech/Engineering students. You will build strong corporate relationships, plan campus drives, and drive high placement outcomes, including targets for 500+ students, while coordinating employability programs and maintaining records.

This is a full-time on-site role in Greater Noida requiring 3–5 years of experience and excellent networking and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and Master's degree (B.Tech preferred).
