Job summary

Henry Harvin Education is seeking an experienced Placement Manager to strengthen placement operations and secure successful career outcomes for learners. You will lead a placement team, build strong recruiter partnerships, and drive corporate collaborations across programs, including Fellowship, Certification, Degree, and Executive tracks.

The role requires 4–8 years in placement or related fields, with EdTech experience preferred, and a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 4–8 years of experience in placement, corporate relations, recruitment, or business development.
• Experience leading a placement team is mandatory.
• EdTech industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Placement Team to achieve monthly targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, corporates, staffing agencies, and partners.
• Generate new placement opportunities through corporate tie-ups and business development.
• Ensure timely placement support for learners across all programs.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and drives.
• Track student progress, offers, and joining updates.
• Prepare MIS reports on placement performance.
• Train, mentor, and monitor Placement Executives and Coordinators.
• Handle escalations and ensure prompt resolution.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Placement Manager to strengthen our placement operations and ensure successful career outcomes for our learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Placement Team to achieve monthly placement targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, corporates, staffing agencies, and hiring partners.
• Generate new placement opportunities through corporate tie-ups and business development.
• Ensure timely placement support for learners across all programs, including Fellowship, Certification, Degree, and Executive programs.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and employers to schedule interviews and placement drives.
• Track student progress, interview status, offers, and joining updates.
• Develop placement strategies to improve placement conversion and employer engagement.
• Conduct mock interviews, resume reviews, and career guidance sessions.
• Ensure timely closure of placement requirements while maintaining high employer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on placement performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Academic, and Student Success teams for smooth placement execution.
• Handle escalations related to placements and ensure prompt resolution.
• Train, mentor, and monitor the performance of Placement Executives and Coordinators.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
• 4–8 years of experience in Placement, Corporate Relations, Recruitment, or Business Development.
• Prior experience in the EdTech industry will be preferred.
• Experience in handling a placement team is mandatory.
