Job summary

Isbr in Bengaluru is seeking a placements professional to drive our placement initiatives. You will develop and implement placement strategies to meet business objectives, build strong client relationships, and conduct interviews to identify top talent for a variety of roles.

You will collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver targeted training programs, manage the end-to-end placement process, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
