What are you going to do

Position: Piping Flexibility Engineer.

Contract: Permanent Role.

Location: Chennai.

Responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence for activities related to pipe supports and pipe flexibility.
2. Preparation of Critical Line List and performing piping stress analysis.
3. Preparing and issuing Single Line diagrams of loading for the design of Pipe Racks/Pipe Sleepers and Foundations.
4. Preparing Stress Reports.
5. Reviewing vendor documents of equipment to ensure conformance with piping moments and loads.

Essential skills and knowledge

Education: BE / ME in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 15+ years in oil & gas sector, with at least 2-3 EPC or detailed engineering projects where the candidate has served as a Lead or Area Lead. Must have experience in quality, budget, and schedule management, piping stress analysis, single line diagrams of pipe racks/pipes sleepers and foundations, stress report preparation, and vendor document review for piping loads.
