We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile Senior System Administrator to lead and manage our enterprise IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across operating systems, virtualization, networking, security, and application environments, along with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to collaborate across teams and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server and Ubuntu Linux environments.
• Manage VMs using VMware, Hyper-V, and Nutanix AHV.
• Perform OS hardening and ensure compliance with security benchmarks (CIS, STIG).
• Automate system tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Deploy and manage Nutanix HCI clusters and Prism Central.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for hybrid workloads.
• Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, routing, and switching.
• Manage load balancers (A10, F5, HAProxy, NGINX).
• Implement network segmentation, ACLs, and zero-trust principles.
• Monitor and respond to alerts from SIEM/SOC platforms.
• Apply patch management, endpoint protection, and vulnerability remediation.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SEBI, RBI, and TRAI guidelines.
• Conduct security audits, log analysis, and incident response.
• Install, configure, and maintain web servers (Apache, NGINX, IIS).
• Deploy and manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MongoDB).
• Support web applications, middleware, and API integrations.
