Job summary

JPMorganChase in Bengaluru seeks an Associate to lead Pillar 3 regulatory disclosures and RWA reporting within FRRA. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Corporate Finance, Risk, and LOB teams to ensure timely, accurate Pillar 3 disclosures.

The role requires 4+ years in financial reporting or regulatory reporting with strong Basel III knowledge; leadership and communication skills are essential for senior stakeholder interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in financial reporting, risk management, or a related field, with a strong focus on regulatory reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of Basel III requirements and Pillar 3 disclosure standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and submission of Pillar 3 report, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• Collaborate with various lines of business, Regulatory Controllers, and SEC reporting teams to gather data and produce Pillar 3 disclosure.
• Prepare materials for the Certification, Sr. Management meetings and present the report and summary of key items and changes quarter over quarter.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Pillar 3 reporting process.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting control and governance framework.

As an Associate of Pillar 3 Reporting within the Firmwide Regulatory Reporting & Analysis (FRRA) team, you will lead the reporting of the Pillar 3 disclosure framework and collaborate with cross-functional teams and partner with colleagues across Corporate Finance, Risk functions, and the Firm's Line of Business (LOB).
