Probots Electronics India Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking a Fulfillment Executive / Picker & Packer to accurately pick, verify, pack, and dispatch customer orders for electronics. The role includes scanning, packing with anti-static materials, and ensuring correct quantities before dispatch.

Freshers are welcome; the company provides on-the-job training and a clear growth path toward leadership roles in the courier/operations domain.

Qualifications

• Reliable, careful, physically active, and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and complete orders accurately and on time.
• Physical capability to safely lift packages up to 25 kg.
• Basic scanning/computer literacy for order processing and label generation.

Responsabilités

• Pick products accurately as per customer orders.
• Scan and verify SKU, product, and quantity before packing.
• Check product condition before dispatch.
• Pack electronics and small components safely using proper packing materials and anti-static bags where required.
• Prepare shipping labels and hand over shipments to Blue Dart before the daily dispatch cut-off.
• Support product receiving and storage when required.
• Report missing, damaged, wrong, or excess products immediately.
• Handle products carefully and safely; lift up to 25 kg.
• Keep the fulfillment area clean and organized.
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures.
• Meet daily picking, packing, and dispatch targets.

Job Description

Work Schedule: 6 days a week (10:00 AM - 8:00 PM)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Fulfillment Executive / Picker & Packer to accurately pick, verify, pack, and dispatch customer orders.
