WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals.
  2. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to help team members achieve their individual and team targets.
  3. Set ambitious yet attainable sales targets for the team and individual members.
  4. Develop strategies to ensure these targets are consistently met and exceeded.
  5. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, including identifying target markets, developing sales plans, and refining sales processes.
  6. Monitor individual and team performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Provide regular performance feedback to team members.
  8. Continuously evaluate and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
  9. Implement best practices and ensure adherence to company policies.
  10. Identify training and development needs for the sales team and implement appropriate programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  11. Participate in the recruitment process for new sales team members and ensure effective onboarding and training.
  12. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  13. Support the sales team in managing client interactions and resolving any issues.
  14. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for senior management.
  15. Collaborate effectively with other departments (marketing, product) to ensure alignment and achieve company objectives.

Qualifications:

  1. Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  2. 3-4 years experience in a consistent revenue delivery role.
  3. Minimum of 1 year experience in team handling (minimum 4 member team).
  4. Proven experience in sales leadership and team management.
  5. Strong understanding of funnel management and related metrics.
  6. Experience in working with data and sales dashboards.
  7. Good experience in handling client escalation during the sales process.
  8. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  9. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  10. Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  12. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  13. Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
