Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the Neuro Physiotherapy department and ensure high standards of patient care.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Neuro Physiotherapy Manager to lead our Neuro Rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in neurological physiotherapy, team management, and clinical operations. This role involves overseeing patient care, mentoring physiotherapists, ensuring clinical excellence, and driving quality outcomes in neuro rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Neuro Physiotherapy department, ensuring high standards of patient care.


• Assess, evaluate, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with neurological conditions such as stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, and other neurological disorders.


• Supervise, mentor, and train physiotherapists and rehabilitation staff.


• Monitor patient progress and ensure evidence-based treatment protocols are followed.


• Coordinate with neurologists, rehabilitation physicians, occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, and nursing staff for multidisciplinary patient care.


• Develop and implement clinical protocols, quality standards, and departmental SOPs.


• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and patient safety guidelines.


• Conduct clinical audits, outcome assessments, and quality improvement initiatives.


• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and staff development.

Experience
