Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the physiotherapy team.
• Assess patients and plan appropriate treatment.
• Supervise inpatient and outpatient physiotherapy services.
• Guide physiotherapists in clinical procedures and treatment protocols.
• Monitor patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Conduct clinical meetings, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Coordinate with HOD and other departments.
• Maintain departmental records, reports, and performance data.
• Ensure quality, patient safety, and hospital guidelines are followed.
• Manage departmental requirements, equipment, and stock.
• Support quality improvement and new physiotherapy practices.
• Perform other duties assigned by the superior.
