FlexifyMe in Mumbai seeks an experienced Physiotherapist to conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop evidence-based rehabilitation programs for musculoskeletal and sports injuries.

You will deliver hands-on therapy, manual techniques, and education, track progress, and guide junior staff at Bandra and Prabhadevi locations while maintaining high clinical standards.

Qualificações

• BPT required with MSK or Sports Rehabilitation preferred.
• Experience in clinical rehabilitation and musculoskeletal care.
• Registration with the relevant state council or equivalent body.
• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive physical evaluations to diagnose musculoskeletal, sports injuries, and orthopedic conditions.
• Develop and execute personalized, evidence-based physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation programs.
• Deliver hands-on therapy, exercise therapy, electrotherapy, and advanced techniques (manual therapy, dry needling, taping, ergonomics).
• Track patient progress, conduct periodic re-evaluations, and adjust treatment protocols accordingly.
• Educate patients and athletes on posture correction, home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term care.
• Guide junior staff and assist in maintaining high standards of clinical care at Bandra and Prabhadevi locations.

Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) required; MPT in Musculoskeletal (MSK) or Sports Rehabilitation preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5+ years of relevant clinical and rehabilitation experience.
• Registration: Valid registration with the Maharashtra State Council for Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy (MSOTPT) or equivalent body.
• Skills: Strong expertise in manual therapy, MSK care, sports injury management, clinical reasoning, and excellent patient communication skills.
