Job summary

Jindal Naturecure Institute in Bangalore invites a seasoned physiotherapist to join its clinical team. You will evaluate patients, determine necessary physiotherapy interventions, and coordinate with specialists to support movement disorder rehabilitation following established guidelines.

The ideal candidate holds a BPT with MIAP registration or an MPT, has at least 5 years of patient-facing experience, and demonstrates exceptional communication, organization, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to determine physiotherapy needs.

• Document patient care services.

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to determine whether physiotherapy interventions are necessary
• Assess patients in accordance with the professional practice guidelines and standards
• Treat patients with movement disorders that were acquired through injury or by birth
• Regularly measure patient progress by looking for signs of decreased stiffness, pain, and discomfort
• Refer patients to other specialists for acupuncture, yoga and other specialized treatments
• Recommend new tools and equipment to assist patients with regular exercise
• Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress to Consultant physiotherapist
• Record and document patient care services
• Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
• Upgrade the knowledge in the field regularly
• Proactive in anticipation of patient complaints
• Active participation in Training and development.

• Previous working experience as a Physiotherapist for 5 year
• BPT degree in Physiotherapy with MIAP registration or MPT fresher

Work Location & Timings:

• Work Location JNI, Bangalore, Tumkur Road (near Peenya)
• Work Timings 8.30am- 5.30pm (Campus stay) 9am-5.30pm (outside commuter)
• Work Days 6 Days week (Mon-Saturday)Sunday and Holiday duty as per the duty roster.
