Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and explain PREGGO package during consultation
• Follow up and increase PREGGO conversion
• Take daily rounds and meet customer in IP/OP (physiotherapy)
• Manage OP patients for pain management
• Conduct PREGGO classes Antenatal and Postnatal
• OPD consultation
• Training of PREGGO nurses
• Conduct fitness session
• Conduct CAMPS when required
• Publish and maintain PREGGO conversions
• Coordination with Care managers, patient service manager and nursing about PREGGO
• Maintain and protect customer information
• Managing smooth run of PREGGO activities (OP/IP)
• To be well groomed, punctual and adhere to company policies & practices
• Follow Gold standards and service Protocols
• Take part in training and get updated with processes and SOP
