Qualifications

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognised institution.
• Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) is an added advantage.
• Relevant clinical experience is preferred; freshers with strong clinical skills may apply.
• Applicable professional registration, where required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and identify functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy, and other rehab techniques.
• Manage patients with musculoskeletal conditions, back and neck pain, sports injuries, post-operative conditions.
• Educate patients on posture correction, ergonomics, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate patient records, assessment reports, and treatment documentation.
• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and hygiene of physiotherapy equipment.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain professional standards, patient confidentiality, and clinical safety protocols.
• Support patient retention through effective communication and follow-up.
• Contribute to smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre.
