Qualifications

• Proficiency in exercise prescription, strength and conditioning principles, and functional movement training.
• Effective communication and patient education skills, with the ability to build trust and motivate individuals through their recovery journey.
• Accurate documentation and case management abilities, including maintaining treatment records and tracking clinical outcomes.
• Experience in outpatient clinics, sports centers, or rehabilitation facilities is preferred; new graduates with strong clinical internships may also be considered.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment, with a commitment to ethical practice, empathy, and continuous learning.

Role Description
