Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Physiotherapist will assess patient conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions focused on pain management, mobility improvement, and functional restoration. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, supervising exercise programs, using manual therapy and electrotherapy modalities, and documenting patient progress in accordance with clinical guidelines. The role involves educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications, while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. The Physiotherapist is expected to maintain high standards of clinical practice, follow safety and hygiene protocols, and participate in periodic training or case discussions.

Qualifications

• Recognized degree or diploma in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution; valid professional registration or license as required by local regulations.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills in musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and rehabilitation physiotherapy; ability to design and adjust individualized care plans.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and use of physiotherapy equipment and modalities (e.g., electrotherapy, ultrasound, heat/cold therapy).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams; ability to provide clear education and counselling.
• Good documentation, time management, and organizational skills; ability to maintain accurate clinical records and manage a structured patient schedule.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and adherence to professional ethics, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
• Experience in an outpatient clinic, hospital, or rehabilitation center is preferred; fresh graduates with strong clinical internships may also be considered.
• Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and be flexible with patient-centric working hours as required.
