The Physician Assistant CTVS will support cardiothoracic and vascular surgery services by assisting Pediatric Cardiac surgeons in preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient care in an on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This full-time position includes taking detailed histories, performing focused physical examinations, preparing patients for procedures, and participating in surgical assistance as per institutional protocols and supervisory direction. The role involves monitoring patients in critical care and ward settings, managing documentation, coordinating diagnostic tests, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, timely, and compassionate care. The Physician Assistant CTVS will also contribute to patient and family education, adherence to clinical guidelines, and continuous quality improvement activities within the department.
