Full Time | In Person | Physical Therapist
We’re Made 2 Move — a mission-driven team of physical therapists helping people overcome pain, recover from injuries, and stay active and healthy for life. We’re looking for the right physical therapist to join our team.
This is not a typical physical therapy job. Most physical therapy jobs are built around insurance, high volume, and burnout.
At Made 2 Move, we are trying to change healthcare. We are trying to change how physical therapy is perceived in the community. We help people move better, train harder, and stay active and healthy for life. We focus on long term health, not short term symptom relief.
We are growing in Charleston and looking for a physical therapist who wants to be part of that mission. Not someone looking for comfort. Someone who wants to grow, contribute, provide amazing care, and make an impact.
When executed well, providers stay near capacity, patients feel supported and valued, and daily operations run smoothly.
Made 2 Move helps active people overcome pain and injuries, transform their health, and stay active for life.
This is a performance driven role with clear expectations.
It takes time to build a caseload. Most people need at least 4 to 6 months.
You will need to become confident in your value and how you communicate it in order to be successful in this role.
You will be held to high standards both in the clinic and in the community.
This is not easy, but it is meaningful work.
At Made 2 Move, we spend the time to get to know our patients and build a personalized plan that leads to real change.
From runners with knee pain, moms with back pain, to lifters with shoulder pain: we work with a wide range of demographics and diagnoses, but they all have one thing in common: they care about their health.
We believe healthcare should address root problems with solutions that give lasting results, while helping people actually get healthier and more resilient along the way.
Many healthcare providers will tell patients to stop running or give up activities they love because they’re “bad” for them. We believe in teaching our patients how to keep doing what they love — safely, sustainably, and for the long haul.
We believe that great physical therapy isn’t about quick fixes, checklists, or lame home exercise programs — it’s about relationships. In order to help our patients, we must truly know them.
Most of healthcare nowadays looks more like sickcare.
We believe physical therapy should be proactive, not reactive.
We believe strength and movement drive physical adaptation.
We believe pain is complex and not solved through passive care.
We believe patients deserve time, attention, and a real relationship.
We believe our role is to raise someone’s baseline health, not just get them out of pain.
We believe everyone deserves the freedom to move and exercise without pain.
We empower our clients by giving them movement freedom and removing barriers to their long term health.
Our team of Doctors of Physical Therapy and Movement Specialists is dedicated to helping people overcome pain and injuries, get back to doing what they love, and stay active and healthy - for life.
We strive to inspire our community to prioritize their health so they can be strong, resilient, and adaptable.
