Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a seasoned PHP software developer with strong SaaS experience and deep system design knowledge. The role emphasizes PHP, preferably Symfony, and hands-on expertise with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

The ideal candidate will lead technical decisions, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure code quality with PHP Unit, PHPStan, and PHP_CodeSniffer, while prioritizing security and performance optimization across services.

Qualifications

• : 5+ years of experience in PHP software development, incl. SaaS app development and system design.
• : Proficiency in PHP, preferably with Symfony framework.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with PhpStorm or VS Code and testing tools like PHP Unit, PHPStan, PHP_CodeSniffer, and performance monitoring tools.
• Strong understanding of system design, architecture, leadership, tech selection, DB & performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and work in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
