Job summary

Shoolin Innovation Limited in India is seeking a creative Photographer & Videographer with 2 to 3 years of professional experience to join our marketing team. You will capture high-quality visuals for campaigns, events, social media, and internal communications.

The role requires proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom, plus strong lighting, audio, and color correction skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional photography and videography experience.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and audio recording for marketing content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on-brand visuals.
• Experience in live streaming and motion graphics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, events, and internal communications
• Plan and execute photo and video shoots, including lighting setup, camera configuration, and audio arrangements
• Edit raw photos and video footage into polished outputs using professional editing tools
• Enhance visuals through colour correction, motion graphics, animations, and visual effects as required
• Maintain consistency in visual quality, storytelling, and brand aesthetics across all content
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to produce impactful visual content
• Translate brand guidelines and marketing briefs into visually compelling photography and videography
• Contribute innovative ideas and creative concepts to improve audience engagement and brand visibility
• Operate and maintain photography and videography equipment efficiently
• Organize and manage digital photo and video archives for easy access and future use
• Support live event coverage, live streaming, and virtual meetings when required

The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality photographs and video content, editing visual assets, and delivering compelling visual stories that align with the company’s brand identity and marketing objectives. This role requires a strong creative vision, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Photography & Videography

Capture high-quality photographs and videos for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, events, and internal communications

Required Skills

2 to 3 years of experience in professional photography and videography.

Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software.

Strong understanding of camera operations, composition, lighting techniques, and audio recording.

• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Educational & Experience

Experience in live streaming and motion graphics will be an added advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
