The Brownie Circles in Bengaluru is seeking a full-time on-site Photographer to plan, shoot, and edit high-quality images of desserts, pastries, stores, and events for digital and print channels.

You will set up lighting, style products with bakery and marketing teams, maintain a visual asset library, coordinate with staff for scheduled shoots, capture behind-the-scenes content, and ensure brand consistency across campaigns.

Formación

• Strong skills in product and food photography, including composition, lighting, and styling.
• Proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lenses, and basic studio equipment.
• Experience with photo editing and retouching using tools such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing, bakery, and store teams to translate creative briefs into compelling visuals.
• Attention to detail, color accuracy, and consistency with brand guidelines.
• Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple shoots and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing usage of visual content is an advantage.
• Formal education in photography, visual arts, media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work on-site across TBC outlets in Bengaluru and occasionally travel to other locations as needed.]

Company Description

The Brownie Circles (TBC) is a premium bakery brand that began as an online brownie shop in 2021 and has grown into a full-fledged dessert store based in Bengaluru. The company currently operates six outlets with two more opening soon, and has expanded its presence to Madurai and Tiruchengode. TBC offers over 15 varieties of indulgent brownies and specializes in desserts, cake tubs, custom cakes, confectioneries, and French pastry. In addition to retail operations, TBC also runs a baking school that supports aspiring students, especially those in smaller towns and cities with limited exposure to French-style baking. The team is focused on quality, creativity, and delivering memorable dessert experiences to a growing customer base.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Photographer role based in Bengaluru. The Photographer will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality images of desserts, pastries, stores, and events for use across digital and print channels. Daily tasks include setting up lighting and compositions, styling products in collaboration with the bakery and marketing teams, and maintaining an organized library of visual assets. The role also involves coordinating with store staff for scheduled shoots, capturing behind-the-scenes content, and ensuring brand consistency in all images. The Photographer will work closely with marketing to support social media campaigns, promotional materials, menus, and training content.
