Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for curating and color-grading images to align with client preferences. Your expertise in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop will be essential for editing, retouching, and enhancing images across a variety of genres, including wedding, event, maternity, and family photography.

This role is ideal for a creative professional who is passionate about bringing images to life and creating lasting visual memories for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curate and color-grade images to meet specific client preferences and project guidelines.
• Maintain consistency in style and quality across all edited images.
• Edit and enhance photos using a customized workflow in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Perform advanced retouching in Photoshop to ensure a polished and professional final product.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure alignment on creative vision and project objectives.
• Manage multiple projects effectively, meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.

Timings

Monday to Saturday 8:45 AM - 6:45 PM

This is an on-site role. There is no option to work from home.

Hiring Process

• Share your resume with a cover note.
• Telephonic interview
• Hiring Tests & HR Interview. This will be conducted at Oodio Office Premises.
• The candidates will have to attend the hiring session from 10 AM-5 PM.

We are open to an online interview if the candidate has a good internet connection and if they are out of Bangalore at that point in time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, including discussing technical details.
• 23 years of experience in photo editing, retouching, graphic design, or visual arts is preferred. (Freshers with a strong aptitude for learning, discipline, and potential will also be considered.)
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, with hands-on experience of 23 years preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, consistent results while adhering to project standards and deadlines.

Expected Qualities

• A sharp eye for color accuracy, composition, and overall visual aesthetics.
• Advanced knowledge and expertise in using Photoshop and Lightroom effectively.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure flawless execution.
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate and reproduce precise color tones.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for smooth client collaboration.
• The ability to multitask and efficiently manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
