Job summary

CureBay is seeking a Phlebotomy/Medical Laboratory technician to support patient registrations, collect blood samples, and ensure safe, accurate handling at multiple rural locations. The role requires basic computer skills and effective patient communication.

You will travel to centers like Chodavaram and neighboring areas, conduct home visits when needed, and maintain digital records. A valid registration/licensure is essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Phlebotomy or medical laboratory with valid registration/license.
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of blood sample collection and handling.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain digital records.
• Good communication and patient-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient registration and basic vitals at the centre.
• Collect blood and other diagnostic samples as per prescriptions and standard procedures.
• Ensure proper patient identification, sample collection, labeling, storage and handling.
• Coordinate collected samples with partner laboratories.
• Maintain accurate patient and sample records digitally.
• Participate in health camps and community outreach activities.
• Conduct home visits for blood/sample collection when required.
• Maintain hygiene and follow infection-control and safety procedures.
• Ensure proper care and handling of phlebotomy and diagnostic equipment.
