Job summary

Thyrocare Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a Phlebotomist for home blood sample collection across assigned areas. The role involves visiting patients, drawing blood with Vacutainer, performing ECG when needed, and ensuring proper labeling, documentation, and cold-chain maintenance for timely lab delivery.

Eligibility includes a DMLT/MLT certification with at least 6 months of Vacutainer experience; BSc Nursing or GNM candidates may also be considered.

Qualifications

• DMLT/MLT certification mandatory.
• Minimum 6 months of Vacutainer blood collection experience.
• Home collection experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients’ homes for sample collection as per schedule.
• Collect blood using Vacutainer and ensure safe procedures.
• Perform ECG when required and explain fasting requirements to patients.
• Ensure proper labeling, barcoding and documentation of samples.
• Maintain cold chain and timely delivery to the laboratory.

Job Summary

Responsible for collecting blood samples using Vacutainer, performing ECG, and filling MER forms at patients' homes while maintaining high standards of hygiene, patient care, and timely transportation of samples to the laboratory

Key Responsibilities

• Visit patients’ homes for sample collection as per the assigned schedule
• Perform blood collection using Vacutainer and other sample collection procedures safely and accurately
• Conduct ECG procedures when required
• Ensure proper labeling, barcoding, and documentation of samples
• Maintain cold chain and ensure timely delivery of samples to the laboratory
• Explain test procedures and fasting requirements to patients when required

Eligibility Criteria

• DMLT / MLT certification (mandatory)

(B.Sc Nursing / GNM candidates can also be considered)

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Vacutainer blood collection (mandatory)
• Experience in home collection preferred
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license
• Willingness to travel within assigned area.

Timing: 6am-2pm
