Job Description:

The IT Delivery organization is responsible for building and deploying end to end IT solutions for business and markets. This will increasingly involve configuring and integrating standard applications (the full stack including infrastructure), rather than customizing or developing software. Input for these solutions comes from the Sector/Function/Markets CIO and Platform & Architecture organizations.

Upon acceptance by the business, the deliverables will be transitioned to Operations for “run management.” In the run phase, the Delivery organization provides 3rd line application maintenance and support to Operations.

IT Delivery applies the Agile/Scrum and DevOps methodology and manages external partners on an output basis. Competence centers and sourcing will be organized around Platforms. Key roles in the Competence Centers are the Competence Group Manager, Team Lead, Business Analyst, Technical Lead and Senior Project Manager.

The IT Lead is an integral part of the project team. Has in depth knowledge of IT Applications and Platforms and the translation of high level solutions into detailed technical design. IT Lead keeps track of design elements in development of the IT solutions. The IT Solution Architect is a counterpart of the Tech lead and works together with IT Business Analyst and 3rd parties (Vendor) who develop IT solutions.

RPA Tech Lead will lead the automation solutioning for business designing and solutioning use case identified.

Key areas of responsibility:
  1. Accountable that the solution designs meets the functional requirements specified by the Business Analyst within the framework of best designs.
  2. Accountable that solution design meets platform architecture. Provide feedback to global architecture community on architecture and design.
  3. Accountable that deliverables meet requirements w.r.t. reliability, availability, manageability, performance, and security and compliance.
  4. Approves the content of the release prior to release and manages interrelation aspects with other applications.
  5. Supports development team in performing build automation and configuration management.
  6. Supports the Delivery Manager in timely provision of technical.
Key competencies / knowledge / experience:
  1. OG Certified at Master level or proven track record on detailed technical design, compliance and quality assurance.
  2. Strong affinity with Robotics and Process Automation with UI path is preferred.
  3. Masters at least one application area or platform and the integration aspects with other platforms and has a solid understanding of its architecture.
  4. Experienced with coaching technical leads and developers.
  5. Experienced with estimating software development.
  6. Ability to effectively coordinate multiple, concurrent activities.
  7. Hands-on mentality and able to track multiple projects at the same time.
  8. Both independent and team worker.
  9. Excellent people, communication & co-ordination skills.
  10. Project Management skills.
  11. Confidence to work independently and within a fast-paced team in a busy environment.
  12. Organized approach to planning, documenting and reporting.
  13. LEAN Daily Management (or willingness to learn).
