The IT Delivery organization is responsible for building and deploying end to end IT solutions for business and markets. This will increasingly involve configuring and integrating standard applications (the full stack including infrastructure), rather than customizing or developing software. Input for these solutions comes from the Sector/Function/Markets CIO and Platform & Architecture organizations.
Upon acceptance by the business, the deliverables will be transitioned to Operations for “run management.” In the run phase, the Delivery organization provides 3rd line application maintenance and support to Operations.
IT Delivery applies the Agile/Scrum and DevOps methodology and manages external partners on an output basis. Competence centers and sourcing will be organized around Platforms. Key roles in the Competence Centers are the Competence Group Manager, Team Lead, Business Analyst, Technical Lead and Senior Project Manager.
The IT Lead is an integral part of the project team. Has in depth knowledge of IT Applications and Platforms and the translation of high level solutions into detailed technical design. IT Lead keeps track of design elements in development of the IT solutions. The IT Solution Architect is a counterpart of the Tech lead and works together with IT Business Analyst and 3rd parties (Vendor) who develop IT solutions.
RPA Tech Lead will lead the automation solutioning for business designing and solutioning use case identified.
