Specialist – Premium Reconciliation
Location: Mumbai. Join the Customer function of Prudential Health India.
Your typical week might include the following
- Work with Business MIS and Finance to develop reports tracking unreconciled Suspense entries.
- Investigate unreconciled items to ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor and track aging of bank reconciliation open items.
- Ensure control measures prevent recurrence of unreconciled entries.
- Update standard operating procedures as required.
- Work closely with stakeholders on issues arising from bank reconciliation.
- Participate in system enhancement initiatives to improve finance operations processes.
- Develop exception reports to prevent operational leakages, fraud, misuse, and work for remediation.
You could be the right candidate if you…
- Hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized institute.
- Have a solid foundation in Business Operations, Refunds, Banking, and Finance reconciliation.
- Deep understanding of the industry, regulations, and operational practices.
- Ability to leverage digital tools and platforms for operational efficiency.
- Strong skills in managing financial data, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
- Subject Matter Expert for Bank and Premium Reconciliation System.
- Expertise in analyzing and interpreting complex data to drive informed decision‑making and strategic planning.
- Deep functional understanding of Technology and Digital solutions.
- Adaptable to rapidly changing customer or distributor expectations and evolving technology solutions.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to navigate the ecosystem to deliver solutions.
- Highly driven, willing to go the extra mile to deliver outstanding results for business teams and end users.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, hyper‑growth environment using agile methodologies.
