Working days: 6 days. Working hours: 9 hours/day (rotational shifts).

CTC: 3.12 LPA (26k, 22.2k in-hand) + 5k retention bonus.

*Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) is based on employee performance. The above figure represents the average annual payout (payable monthly) within the existing team. The actual amount can vary and may reach up to ₹1L per month based on performance.

**Shift allowance is eligible if the employee works in the afternoon shift.

Position Overview

As a pharmacist, you will have the opportunity to work with a team that offers immense learning opportunities in the emerging field of telemedicine. Job Responsibilities

• Cases will be assigned through the system, where you will call patients and review the prescriptions attached to the orders.
• Build rapport with patients and observe the medicines ordered by the customer. Pitch substitutes of the same salt and strength for the medicines they have ordered, ensuring all substitutes are doctor‑recommended.
• Explain and convince customers to take the substitutes and inform them how much they can save on their medicines.
• Leverage sound medical knowledge, including distinctions between pediatrics and geriatrics, and between SR, PR, and other relevant clinical responsibilities.

Qualifications

• A reasonable pharmacist degree is mandatory.
• Must understand at least two languages (Hindi, English); knowledge of any additional language is an advantage.
• Must be flexible with shifts.
