Job summary

TRUE ARTIS operates a hospital pharmacy in Delhi NCR and seeks a Pharmacist to manage dispensing, storage and stock, coordinating with doctors, nurses and suppliers to support patient care.

The role requires D.Pharm/B.Pharm with council registration and preferred 3 years hospital pharmacy experience, plus knowledge of medicines, inventory management and pharmacy billing software. Shift work and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• D.Pharm or B.Pharm with valid State Pharmacy Council registration.
• Preferably 3 years of hospital pharmacy experience.
• Knowledge of medicines, inventory management and pharmacy billing software.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills and accountability.
• Willingness to work hospital shifts.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medicines accurately against authorised prescriptions.
• Guide patients on prescribed dosage, usage and storage.
• Manage pharmacy billing and maintain accurate dispensing records.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, expiry dates and medicine availability.
• Coordinate procurement, supplier orders, returns and stock replenishment.
• Maintain appropriate storage conditions, including cold-chain requirements.
• Maintain required registers and records for controlled medicines.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Coordinate with doctors and nursing teams for OPD, IPD and OT medicine requirements.
• Follow pharmacy procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
