Role: System Administrator / Engineer

Experience: 6-8 years

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:

1. Good Analytical and Communication skills.
2. Providing support for both software and hardware issues to users and other team members.
3. Good working experience in both Windows and Linux based environments.
4. Excellent knowledge of virtualization and managing servers like VMware, KVM, and other Network servers.
5. Excellent working experience of LAN, WAN management and network devices, like Router, Switches and Firewalls and ensure regular backup and maintenance.
6. Working experience in OS Installation and troubleshooting Windows, Mac, Linux.
7. Configuration and management of Windows Active Directory, Domain controller and group policies for end users.
8. Working with Windows Registry, defrag tools and boot up configuration.
9. Installation and Management of servers like IPA, SAMBA, LDAP, and Storage server and other SQL servers.
10. Create Data Backup recovery for Windows and Linux environments and verify the backups.
11. Good knowledge of PowerShell/shell scripting and automation tools.
12. Installation and configuration of monitoring tools like Zabbix, Nagios and network flow monitoring tools.
13. Installation and configuration of Antivirus server and client management.
14. Maintaining the server room security and other access control devices.
15. Perform regular audits of server security and websites exposed outside to the world.
16. Document any processes which employees need to follow in order to successfully work within our computing system.
17. Ensures all the problems are resolved in a timely manner and following SLAs.
18. Ability to prioritise a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines.
19. Experience in a 24×7 environment.

Knowledge: Good IT networking and troubleshooting, hands-on good software and Hardware knowledge.
