Job summary

Qualifications

• M.Sc. in Chemistry from a recognized university.
• B.Ed. is mandatory/preferred as per school requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English; Hindi communication skills will be an advantage.

• Prepare and deliver structured, concept-based lesson plans.
• Develop worksheets, assignments, question papers, and study materials.
• Conduct Chemistry practicals and ensure proper laboratory safety.
• Prepare students for board examinations and competitive examinations, wherever applicable.
• Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify learning gaps and conduct doubt-clearing and remedial sessions.
• Maintain academic records, lesson plans, and student progress reports.
• Use digital tools and innovative teaching methods to improve student engagement.
• Participate in PTMs, faculty meetings, examinations, school activities, and academic planning.
• Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
