• Conduct practical/lab sessions and explain experiments clearly
• Identify learning gaps and provide academic support

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Chemistry to Classes XIXII as per the CBSE curriculum.
• Develop strong conceptual understanding through engaging and student-centric teaching methods.
• Prepare students for Board examinations, JEE/NEET and other competitive examinations.
• Design lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, tests, and other academic resources.
• Conduct practical/laboratory sessions and ensure proper understanding of experimental concepts.
• Identify students' learning gaps and provide appropriate academic support.
• Regularly assess student performance and maintain academic records.
• Use innovative teaching methodologies, digital tools, and technology-enabled learning.
• Participate in PTMs, academic meetings, school events, and other institutional activities.
