Job summary

MSL, Publicis Groupe’s Public Relations and Integrated Communications firm, seeks a proactive professional to lead media and influencer outreach, manage documentation from executives, and drive client results. You will coordinate with teams across markets and mentor juniors, maintaining a client-first, professional approach.

You will balance strategic outreach with hands-on execution, ensuring timely delivery of activities and clear communication with stakeholders across global markets.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years’ experience with an ability to give and receive feedback constructively.
• Understanding of how agency services, products, offerings contribute to client retention and growth.
• Articulate and represent as well as conduct yourself in a professional manner.
• Able to prioritize, multi-task and mentor juniors.
• Respectful of and tactful with co-workers and clients while demonstrating a team and client-first approach.

Responsibilities
