Job description

Designation: Merchant Trainer/ Technical Support Engineer
Location: Gachibowli (Hyderabad)

Responsibilities:

  1. Visit our Restaurant Partners in the field.
  2. Provide service and customer support during field visits.
  3. Install our POS software on their systems/devices.
  4. Train clients on our product.
  5. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
  6. Build positive relationships with customers.
  7. Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
  8. Troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
  9. Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
  10. Guide clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue.
  11. Ensure all issues are properly logged.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role.
  2. Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
  3. Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  4. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  5. Familiarity with remote desktop applications.
  6. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  7. Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
  8. Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, or similar technologies is a plus.

Skills Required: Technical Support, Network Configuration, IP Configuration, Software Installation, Software Training, Hardware Configuration, etc.

Note: Candidates must have their own laptop and vehicle (TA/DA will be provided as per the travel policy). Candidates should be familiar with the local language.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
