We are seeking a detail-oriented Prep Artist to support the VFX pipeline by preparing footage for compositing. The role involves tasks such as rotoscoping, paint, clean‑up, and plate preparation to ensure high‑quality visual outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform rotoscoping to create accurate mattes for compositing
• Execute paint and clean‑up work including wire removal, rig removal, and dust/scratch fixes
• Prepare plates by removing unwanted elements and ensuring seamless backgrounds
• Work closely with compositors to deliver production‑ready elements
• Follow shot briefs and creative direction provided by supervisors
• Maintain consistency and quality across assigned shots
• Meet production deadlines while adhering to pipeline standards
• Organize and manage files as per studio workflow

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of VFX pipeline and compositing workflow
• Proficiency in tools like Nuke, Silhouette, Mocha, or Photoshop
